Bloody stools & back pain

I have had bad anxiety since july. Few month ago was having water infection symptoms but no infection then has a hard stool which i had to strain to pass which caused bleeding and pain which calmed down but had loose stools since for weeks then i had another blood with a clot for 2 days went to the emergency department had finger exam and have 2 visible piles that one was bleeding but my anxiety as been threw the roof i had movicol to loosen the stools more to let the piles heal but my belly and back on the lower right is burning i also had hip and groin pain before all rhis started dr said that is mainly muscle pains. But the blood as made me feel so ill i had blood tests which all come back fine. Drs think most of my symptoms are from my anxiety nothing majorly wrong and ive seen 5 different doctors and 2 surgeons who have all said they dont think its anything bad. Anxiety is threw the roof i cant sleep properly eat or relax.

I am having similar symptpms and omg i cant even relax eat or sleep either... sometimes im ok when i forget about it but then when i remember it again i start to panick again, i also had bleeding on and off for some time now and had blod clots two times with poo, now waiting to talk to colorectal nurse

Some foods i eat make me go to the toilet straight away which when i hold it in by the time i go to the toilet it gets too compact and i end up bleeding which as always happened to me but the past 2 months now ive had pain in stomach back and leg i dont know if the leg and back is connected as ive had that for a while but im the same i sleep all night n when i wake up it all comes back then i start to panic . All the drs i seen said its not an emergency the hospital put me in a referral for a sigmoidoscopy whatever they called but can take months to come threw then my own dr as reffered me to colorectal which can also take months cos they think its mostly anxiety related and piles.

Been drs few times blood stopped only had ir twice nowel movements r ok but still have back ache
