Rectal bleeding

Hi all. Been on here a few times , mentioning rectal bleeding with BM.. mucus blood when passing wind . A few have said piles And a few colitis . Can I ask of anyone experience in symptoms of there colitis diagnosis prior please..

Currently in hospital as we speak. Bern diagnosed with ulcerative colitis via camera.

May I ask if you have any pains? I had similar issues but with no pain which I don’t think it’s colitis as people mentioned lots of pain

I have a lot of mucus .... do you have any?

Also do you have BM movements many times during a day? I only had a few diarrhea during the year and other times looks normal with once a day but now with more mucus. Getting very worried bc I don’t think mine is colitis as the symptoms don’t continue after weeks but have diarrhea a few times with only bloody mucus at the end ;( having a specialist appt tomorrow and thinking the worst results ;( thanks for getting back to me. I am glad to hear yours is nothing serious and hope all is well with you.

So in jan.. I was havin normal.stools with white mucus. And on and off small amount of blood . Then it calmed a little. Then in March the mucus was there again and blood more often ..then in june after a v stressful time in my life . My symptoms got worse. Wet wind .. urgency to go .. going up to 10 times a day and diarrhoea.. so.i got myself an app straight away as thought it was something much worse!! Not alot of pain though weirdly
