has anybody else experienced this

it started with a painful swollen lump on my lower back-top of buttock right side then started getting constipated continuously a week or so later with blood showing on what bit of faeces i could manage to pass. it has been going on for about a month now and the swelling is showing on the left now also , its that painful that i cannot lie on my back anymore . is there anybody else who has experienced this or knows of anybody who has . i have been putting of seeing doctor until now because of work commitments but i think its time to pay him a visit.

Of course it's time to see your doctor. You should never put off something that might save your life.
