I had a colonoscopy a month ago, and gave me the all clear thank goodness. I just need some advise as I am still seeing a small amount of blood when I wipe and my bowel movements are still haywire I do not know what to do now.

If you still have concerns and worries, it is best to seek further medical advice. Go to another doctor for a second opinion. Don't stop until you find the answers. Sometimes we have to play "doctor" ourselves as we know our bodies best and doctors sometimes make mistakes, they are only human. All the best.
