19 and feel like Im going mad

Hey guys, I'm new here but am in need of some words of wisdom. So for a couple of months, I noticed when i went to the loo it got a bit looser nothing major but not right but then sometimes this would be fine. No bleeding as far as I can see and Im sure Id no. Anyway had routine bloods anemia,live, thyroid and full count showed nothing. but its continued with abdo pain occasional feeling sick feel im 6 sizes bigger than i am and still got the runs went back to day and there doing repete bloods and Ive sent samples off. They are saying IBD / IBS Im so paranoid its worse ive read so much online ( and yes I no online is a bad thing) . Any ideas or just support would be amazing.

Any changes in bowel movements need to be addressed and medical help sought. A colonoscopy is a good way of checking for bowel cancer if you need one. Whatever the case may be for you, don't ignore the problem as symptoms don't show up till late. All the best.
