Hi,
I'm not a doctor and the only test results I saw were in Germany, so they might be different. But here is what I think:
The test results for Wheat and Milk are NORMAL so I don't think you have an allergy.
However it says that Lactose intolerance is not an allergy and would have to be tested via a Hydrogen Breast test to test if you could be intolerant.
What are the symptoms why you got tested in the first place?
