Knowledge is power. The only mistake I have ever made on this site is being too afraid to post my story and ask for help and guidance which caused me to go to doctor appointments unprepared. Once I started using this site I was armed with information and ideas to discuss with my doctors and since you only get 15 minutes with your doctor you need to be prepared before not after.
The support on this site is amazing and invaluable. I look forward to hearing your story. Take care and reach out soon.
