I drink at least 16 beers a day and looking to cut down to help my health. Need advice?

I drink at least 16 beers a day and getting heart burn. Which effects my day to day life. I feel I can have a heart attack anytime.

Hi mitomlin,

Yes, that is quite a lot to drink every day. If you have been drinking that much for several months it may be dangerous to just quit suddenly (if that is what you want to do, then I would recommend you talk to your GP or your local alcohol services - you should find their contact details on your council website). If you want to cut down slowly, do you think you could have 14 today, 12 tomorrow, 10 the day after and so on?

Before you can do anything about this - you have to honestly answer this question to yourself "WHY DO I DRINK 16 BEERS EVERY DAY??????"
