I'm allergic to ultraviolet light, and very interested in learning about connections between vitamin d deficiency and depression with a chance of joint pain!

Hi beks1977 , I had a look online and looks like there is an established connection between vitamin D deficiency and chronic pain and depression.

Thank you, yes I have been on vitamin d for some time ... unfortunately, I haven't seem any improvement on the pain side of things, as yet, I do believe its helping the depression ever so slightly. Its just depressing enough to know I can't go out and enjoy the sun at all, and I live behind closed curtains constantly.
