I've not heard of it before but would be interested.
I have started doing this not e very day mind you, but I am trying as much as possible.
I am also pushing myself harder and some days can't move I am in total agony and breathing is difficult, as so painful in my back shoulder blade when I breathe.
With the 30 min and + for those who are able to exercise, of any kind depending on your own abilities.
I am unable to keep up, as it is pushing me beyond what I can actually achieve so I will stop.
And just do what I can and not worry so much, good luck everyone. Melseragon 👍

it's been quite shocking how consistently the change of symptoms ties in with air pressure. i purposefully haven't been checking the weather to be sure of lack of bias. every time there's a change.... i change.....s c a r y !!!
