Poppy, since there are so many reasons to have night sweats and fatigue that do not include Cll, it’s impossible to answer your question with such limited information.
That said, night sweats and increasing fatigue are certainly associated with Cll and your Cll would be a prime suspect. An isolated event of night sweats is no big deal, but if they become persistent, night sweats are a sign treatment could be nearing.
A good way to see if there is connection between your Cll and fatigue is to see if there is a correlation with your labs. Are your hemoglobin and platelets falling? Are your lymphocytes rapidly increasing? A decision to treat is usually made by your doctor looking at your whole picture.
These are symptoms you should report to your doctor. I had night sweats before I treated. They started as happening only now and then and by the time I treated they were almost nightly.
Thank you for your fast answer..I realize it was the first time I had night sweats..I guess it worried me because the first thing my Dr, says is "Do you have night sweats"

I had same escalation of night sweats as cajunjeff, which was the reason I went to doctor and was diagnosed with CLL. Blessings.

My night sweats preceded my first treatment like Jeff’s. However I also had severe shaking chills known as rigors. My oncologist failed to diagnose sepsis until I was hospitalized for it.
