Dr. Brian Koffman & Lisa Minkove both had CAR-T treatment for CLL. Dr. Koffman had a stem cell transplant about 10 years ago that failed. Lisa Minkove did not survive the CAR-T treatment. I'd suggest that you go to best CLL specialist you can find. Of course primary need is to beat the Richter's transformation, if you are in that situation.
