I’d be jumping with relief with a tiny increase like that Poi! It’s barely significant especially with no other symptoms. An Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC) of 10 after 11 yrs on Watch & Wait is remarkable!

My lymphocyte level has just jumped nearly 50 points in eight weeks to 124 so I’d be delighted to swop!

Unless there’s other issues, it’s hard to know what urgency there is in being referred back to your Consultant. Consultants rarely get excited about the ALC until it’s over 30 and/or there’s other significant issues.

Good for you, your CLL sounds delightfully indolent.

Sorry to hear yours is creeping up but feel a bit more relieved about your reply.

Hopefully when I get to see consultant she’s not too bothered and will just monitor.

Thank you for taking the train me to reply .

She may just want to rule out an infection Poi but in truth the increase is so small, it could even just be due to lab variations!

You must have a good Consultant, I couldn’t get back to see mine even with my increase!

Relax, you’re doing great! 😊

Like Newdawn, I don't understand the urgency. Numbers (ALC is the important one) under 30 can bounce around a bit. Either your doctor is looking for an infection, is very thorough, or doesn't understand CLL.Let us know how your next appointment goes. Absolutely don't let anyone push you into treatment with those numbers!

How much of that WBC increase is due to other white blood cells? You may have an infection or allergic response, rather than any change in your CLL. As others have noted, your lymphocyte count change shouldn't be of concern to your specialist.
