Well done! I have enough trouble trying to walk anywhere in this heat!

Well done Matt and hope it wasn’t too gruelling in this heat. Have you got a Just Giving page?

Hi Matt

Really good to meet you yesterday. It was so hot !! I feel so proud of all us . I have never gone beyond 5k before .

The photos will go in the newsletter.

I will mention to the other trustees your comments re a Conference in the school holidays.

Hope to see you again.

I remember. Many thanks. It was way too hot ! I did it with my 2 sons . 1of them stayed with me the whole time . I couldn’t have done it without him. I am not a natural runner - at 1 point he asked me if I had done any training at all !

Hope you are ok - I follow all your posts with great interest. Hope to meet up again.

Best

Wow, well done!

Thanks for doing it for those of us who can’t even ‘run’ upstairs very well 😊

Good for you to run such a race! Could not imagine doing that at the best of times, never mind now! You would still be waiting for me to cross the finish line.

Thank you.

Good to see you too Matt and some of the other runners. Your run time was great and it was all the more inspiring with you not long ago having had treatment 😀

Thanks. It was way out side my comfort zone - but an amazing buzzy day . So much energy flying around.

Well done to everyone who took part - and many, many thanks on behalf of CLLSA for all the effort and the money raised! There was a record entrance of CLLSA runners this year, and the early indication is that you raised more funds than ever before! As a small charity, this is a huge help for our work, and is really appreciated. We will be posting more details and photos on our next newsletter. Thank you all again.
