Decreasing platelet count

Can anyone help? My platelet count is within the 'normal' range but over the past three years, it's been steadily dropping. I'm afraid that this is a trend. (I have Sjogren's Syndrome)

Do you also have CLL?

I am not familiar with the syndrome. I have CLL diagnosed 2003, FCR 2011, and came out of remission earlier this year. Now on Ibrutinib. As for platelets, I have had 2 normal range platelets counts since 2011. I have had labs every four weeks along with IVIG. During remission, my baseline was 130, 10 points below normal range. This year it has gradually improved from 70 to 98.
