i am a 59 yr old woman married living with b cell nhl. on watch and wait. i'm new to group. not sure what to share. i am always wondering when and if my cancer will rear its ugly head.

Do you know if you have CLL or SLL ... B cell NHL is a big grouping of lymphomas, of which CLL/SLL is one.

In my case it took 14 years before I needed treatment, so I think you have a ways to go... if your diagnosed with CLL...

So, without more information its a hard to answer your questions at the moment...

as far as i know mine was cll and was aggressive. i went through r chop for one yr and maintenance for 2 yrs.

Sounds like a Richter's transformation from CLL to DLBCL... I had the same experience... very rare.
