From what i have read, fatty acids may play a role in reducing lymphocytes. Does that mean fish oil tablets would be a good idea?

Fish oils can impact platelet function... run it by your CLL specialist... as with everything...

I personally would get my essential fatty acids from organic nuts & seeds, ground flaxseed &/or a clean algae based supplement providing EPA & DHA, rather than from fish or fish oils because :

(we use "Nuique EPA DHA Capsules", but there are a few good other brands out there too).

I took cod liver oil for 15 years before treatment.

Did not continue after treatment as I have low platelets plus now taking blood thinners.

Always check with your med team before taking any supplements!
