CLDF is working closely with the three supra-regional paediatric liver units to find out what patients and their parents/carers across the country really think about the care that they receive.

To share your views and tell your centre what is important to you and your family, we'd be really grateful if you could complete a short survey. The survey can be completed by any patient parent or carer of any age who has visited a specialist liver centre within the last 2 years. It’s completely anonymous and only takes a few minutes to do.

The survey can be completed here - surveymonkey.com/s/TYPP2HV
