I have not experienced, nor have I read of feinting as a side-effect of statins.

Feinting is usually a short-term interruption in your your blood supply. This could be due to a sudden drop in blood pressure. Dehydration, heart arrhythmia, leaky heart valves, heart disease, and some prescription medication which cause a change in blood pressure may all be the source of feinting.

The best thing you can do for yourself is, if you are above your optimal weight, is to lose weight.

Go on a low-carb diet dietdoctor.com/low-carb, and ensure you exercise daily.

Avoid ALL processed foods - focus on fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and small quantities of lean chicken or wild-caught fish. Eliminate all fruit juices, soft drinks and diet soft drinks, as well as beer and other forms of alcoholic drinks. 3-4 small glasses of red wine per week is acceptable.

A healthy diet and lifestyle is your best medicine, statins may or may not be effective for you, but certainly have the potential for many bad side-effects including muscle damage (your heart is a muscle), hyperglycemia, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer's Disease.

Good luck.
