You have not given enough detail. What country are you in? And what did your doctor say when you asked him?

Like last response you need to offer full blood test details and you doctor's comments to be able to help.

"2.10", is it ratio? as there are no units of measurements.

Is it maybe your QRisk Score, or your relative QRisk ratio?

QRisk score is the percentage chance of suffering a CVD in next 10 years. So my Qrisk is 0.2% (largely because I'm young), so I have a 2/1000 chance of suffering from a Cardiovascular disease in next 10 years.

Relative QRisk ratio is your likelihood of a CVD vs the average health person in your demographic. Mine is 2.8, so I'm 2.8x more likely to suffer a CVD than a healthy, male 25 year old.

The other ratio you may come across in cholesterol is your HDL/Total Cholesterol ratio. Although 2.10 is far too low to be this.
