There are a lot of old information on LDL you can get this from Google. New research and study shows a very different view!!
You need to loo at all the three blood test numbers, BP, Blood Glucose and blood cholesterol as well as general not just one number. Waist measurement is also and important factor for general health.
Controlling food and drink and regular exercise can help towards a healthy life.
