Very well done. reducing cholesterol is a slow process.

Are you controlling your food intake and drinks? Checking for free sugar and free sugar.

Are you able to give us your food that you take to loose 4 inches from your waist?

Would it be possible for you to give the LIPID results?  5.6 to 5.2 and this reduction of 0.4 and 4 inches off waist very good. How about your general health and other blood numbers like BP and blood glucose.? I go to the gym every day 30 minutes on tread mill, cross trainer do give ,e knee pain!

My strong believe is that food intake control and regular exercise can help us towards healthy life.

Flora or butter, blue top milk or red top milk and so on need to be addressed.

Great result. Now spring and summer are around the corner or supposed to be here, try walking in the fresh air. Much more rewarding than machine walking/training. That's perfect for wet cold days.Watch the world come alive as shots come through and turn into plants and flowers. hear the birds sing. Makes you want to do more.

Maybe the 4 becomes 6inches. who knows. But great work.

Or bike to somewhere interesting, if you live in a place where it's OK to ride: lower impact on the joints and you see more for the same effort.
