Don't take any offence at the title, I looked for the simplest explanation.
In a word, fat! But, then if you went to that link, it says exactly that!
Interesting! Some say fats, some say proteins. Perhaps we are as usual confused by the data put out by the so called experts! All I know is that they are a natural process in my body and as such are welcome. Whether or not they are too high, too low or just right, well that is up to me. I do what I can to keep fit and healthy and eat wisely. There is no more I can do.

In seriousness I find medics are more helpful if you sound as though you know a bit and are firmly in charge of the condition, not the other way round - even if you don't feel like it at times
