Lockdown is really messing with my fatigue, my routine is completely different and I feel like my fatigue is spiralling out of control. How have you been overcoming this?

I was like this in week 1 but the best thing i did was go back to my usual routine - even though i am not leaving the house i stick to my routine as much as possible and that includes when to get up and when to go to bed. Its helped with the fatigue. I have also made an effort to meet online with friends - not waiting for someone else to ask me but doing it myself. I try and do at least 3 meet ups a week to stay in touch.

I struggled with this somewhat too, but I found it helped to structure my day around the small things I could add to my routine, like some yoga before bed, or getting up to make some coffee in the morning. All these little acts of self care can amount to a lot when you need motivation to get things done later in in the day.

Also, journalling or adding things to your diary that you want to get done in the current week and a handful of things you should be working on in the long term help lend your time a bit of structure and purpose.

Hope that helps a bit :)
