There is no quick fix, you need to be 100% commited to get results, theres an old saying no pain no gain. If you really want to do something, cut out all things that contain saturated fat, cakes, biscuits, bacon, sausage, have grilled rather then fried, drink skimmed milk, lay off the alcohol (full of empty calories) dont eat bread, pasta, rice, potatoes these are all high carbs, if you feel you want to eat a little of these make sure you eat the brown versions not white as they are best, with potatoes have a small baked one if you feel you must.

Fat free cottage cheese instead of full fat cheese, make your treats healthy ones, like, an orange, celery chopped, alpen with youghurt, for a sweet tooth, eat grapes, blueberries.

EXCERCISE,EXCERCISE,EXCERCISE and dietgo hand in glove ones no good without the other.

I have just has a M&S ready meal (lovely but its processed NO GOOD) i have just had a magnum, and i am now going to have some chocolate raisins, my diet starts after midnight.

Another thing yo yo dieting is no good as you put twice as much weight back on then what you stared with. xxx

If you have low b12 levels , you will not be able to process food properly , which includes fats . Every person I have suggested go and buy B12 Boost spray by Better You ( Holland and Barrett ) which contains methylcobalamin has reported losing approximately 1lb of body fat per day without torturing themself with diets that do not help or exercise regimes which cause them to feel more tired and drained ( exercise lowers your b12 further ) . All who tried this said that they feel more energy and lost weight ) Try it and see for yourself !

Hi mobolaji96 Tell me about it. I though giving up smoking would be impossible but I managed to do it & it's 4 yrs now. But food, diet aghhh it's blasphemy in our house lol..

I think I have been on every diet invented in the history of man. I have lost 6st yrs ago, put it all back on over time, then 2 st. Here & there, last yr. 3 st. All back on again. My life is is constant diet and i am on one again now,

In my experience you have to eat 3 meals a day & you have to keep to 1000 calories. I did a Exante diet recently, it's a cheaper version of the Cambridge diet, online. It's all shakes & soups & they have good breakfast bars & puddings. If you have a bar or shake in morning & same at lunch & then have your normal cooked meal at dinner time, I used to have a boiled egg with salt & pepper at night if I got hungry. But to be honest I didn't really get hungry.

This is the main thing, you can't let yourself be hungry & i lost 1st 4lb in 3 weeks. I know they say it's not good to lose to quick & fad diets etc. But it does help educate you to eat the right amount & you can gradually have little treats that won't make that difference to your weight.

You must have a fridge full of healthy food & meals have to be planned or you will fail. Options drinking choc is a good treat or sugar free jelly with a few chopped strawberries & you can even have a spoonful of cream.

You must eat breakfast because this gets your metabolism going and stops you feeling hungry. Scrambles egg, bacon, tomato, mushrooms or 2 egg omelette which you can add all sorts to.

Drink loads of water, fills you up & stops the hunger pangs.

The best way is to plan a menu for each day & get all the things you need.

Don't go hungry, snack on healthy low cal food & stay under 1000 calories.

With saying all of that, it is hard work & i wish you good luck. You must exercise as much as you can, swimming, walking, yoga etc.

Peace, luv n light
