No it isn't - it's an abnormality of the blood vessels. Are you a member of Cavernoma Alliance UK (CAUK)? It's free to join - look it up. When trying to get holiday insurance quotes and I mention my cavernoma I am always told this is classified as a non cancerous tumour.
