Bit old fashioned...
I'm not suggesting it will work for any one else, I was just somewhat amused that the dreaded
castor
oil
works for knee pain.

Any tips for Natural Modified FET (boost lining)?
I've already done raspberry tea and
castor
oil
packing. Will be adding vitamin e (800IU) and L arginine (6g) as well. Any more foods or supplements I could possibly take? Thank you!

Weight loss on intermittent fasting even better than my last post 3 years ago!
Another tip I can pass on if you have bloating is to get yourself some good
Castor
oil
and massage it onto your stomach then leave it on overnight. This also, to my great surprise, worked!

Alternative treatment for RLS.
It is called a
castor
oil
wrap. I found it on Amazon. It is a special wrap where you place a
castor
oil
liquid on the inside of the wrap and then secure it in your leg. I couldn’t believe the results. After 3 years of suffering I finally got relief with no side effects.

PCOS HASHIMOTOS FBC RESULTS ADVICE NEEDED
I have tried a
castor
oil
pack at night for weeks which would usually help it start but nothing. I take agnus castus every day. I have no energy, I'm taking iron plus from wild nutrition, a women's multi vitamin as well as an immune multi vitamin but my chest always feels heavy.

on my tummy as still had bruises from blood anticoagulant injections for fist 8 days at home. Hubby did them for me. I managed to go out in car for a trip to supermarket with hubby. Put legs up when I got home and rested...it did me good to get out mentally.

How food additives can perhaps affect us: a chocolate story.
Except that I remember when I was a kid in the 1950s,
Castor
oil
...very nasty stuff indeed -was used to "nuke" the guts in event of constipation! So not friendly for IBS-D!! Just my story, but I thought worthy of mention for anyone who thinks chocolate triggers their IBS.

Gentle liver flush - any benefits?
This involves
castor
oil
on a cloth and a hot water bottle and lying it on the liver region for about 45 minutes. I've do it two days in a row. I just wondered if anyone else has done this and if so, what were the effects? Most sites are positive but there is one that is negative about flushes.

Castor Oil Packs - for elimination , to reduce inflammation and parasympathetic state
https://terrywahls.com/castoroilpacks/ https://youtu.be/movxi8Ar238 The doctor explains, “Your body is working against you, attacking its own cells. For some reason, which we don’t know,” (I have a pretty good idea why – hang tight we will talk about it here) “your body has decided to attack itself

Small sample but interesting concepts: the gut microbiome PCa crosstalk is modulated by dietary polyunsaturated long-chain fatty acids
...which basically means "fish oil good" (possibly less than 1 gallon per day)...the sample was small but the results interesting https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-45332-w
