How can I improve habit forming of doing morning exercises and waking up early? I tried but couldn't. I woke up usually at 8:30 am.

try to go to bed early around 9or 10pm with an alarm set at 4am.when the alarm goes get up and dont give in to the temptation of falling back to sleep. after that try to make tea or coffea as you like than wash yourface and if possible take a warmwaterbath. by now you r bowels may urge you to empty.then your morning prayers. put on light instrumental music of your choice,
now you are set for your moning exercise or walk.
follow the schedule for 10 days. now you dont need the alarm.
