Yesterday was Sunday so today has to be Friday, i am just getting the hang of this new 2020 calendar ,even July seems to have moved to October.

Oh well i guess we will eventually get used to the change in the seasons,and that reminds me i must write my Christmas cards soon .

Writing Christmas cards already, I haven't taken this years down yet, after all next Wednesday it's New Year's Day!!!

On a serious note we've got mum's funeral tomorrow, maximum of 10 people, we've got 8 going, maximum length of service 30 minutes, no meeting at the funeral directors, it's all been arranged by phone, text and email, haven't met the man taking the service, because I live at a different address to my brother and sister I can't sit with them.

Hi Jennymary, Terrible though it sounds, it's about now I start planning my next lot of Christmas cards, but in my defence it's because I craft my own and it takes quite a long while to complete them all.

I hope that tomorrow you will be able to give your mum the best and most dignified ceremony that you can. I know you've had to wait a little while for this to go ahead and of course it'll be a difficult day and not made any easier by all the precautions of distancing that need to be taken. I'll be thinking of you. 🙏
