Hello everyone and welcome to Feel Good Friday. Please let us know how your week has been and share your positive and not so positive thoughts and experiences on the forum. I have been doing some more baking and made some profiteroles this week. They were okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. I will try again and any useful tips will be gratefully received !! Our orchestra is busy rehearsing for the concert and there is a lot to do for publicity.
