I suffer from anxiety and currently on medication that's not working have got a very supportive husband but he doesn't really understand xx

Does he not understand that you feel anxiety, or is there another part of your situation that he doesn't seem to understand? Does he not understand that you can't just snap out of it?

He does not understand why I get anxious I think you have to experience it before you know what it feels like I am so so hoping this different medication helps me as sometimes I just can't bear this feeling just don't know where it comes from . I have five wonderful children and had ten great grandchildren then lost my 18 year old grandson in January very suddenly he suffered from epilepsy and had an episode in the bath and drowned so tragic find it very hard to deal with . Have you tried the distraction method, is were you find something to take your mind off your anxiety, puzzles, crosswords or maybe play a game on your pic or laptop?. Just a thought.

I find xanax good for anxiety but you can get addicted so be careful cannot get on prescription

I have Diazapan which helps when the feeling get over whelming but try not to take it also have quiatapine which helps with sleep but wake up feeling very anxious thanks for your reply where do you get Xanax ? Xx
