Rick Simpson Oil needed fast!

I am looking for Rick Simpson's Cannabis oil to treat a late stage liver cancer for a 77 year old. She lives in Bhutan and can barely eat or stand. I need the oil fast and the nearest port in India I can pick up the oil from is Jaigaon in West Bengal.
