Hi I posted recently about Mam having lung cancer. She's in a care home now and has deteriorated to the point that doctors Don't think she'll make her birthday on the 18-12-2017 when she'll be 88. The cancer hasn't grown .but they have decided not to give her a heart bypass now. And these last few days the Macmillan nurses have had bloods taken that showed mam's got high salt and low calcium levels.she has refused to go back to hospital even for the weekend to have I.v fluids.what can we do to help her apart from pushing fluids orally.
