Hi everyone! Good morning hope you’re well. My experience I was labeled clinically depressed and found out it’s quite common to have that depression sneak up on you, all while you’re trying to stay positive and you get to one of our many breaking points you say those affirmations to yourself and you help others as we all feel each other’s pain. That’s when we got to try things that make us happy, like today when my husband gets off work we’re going to take supper and go to the park to eat listening to the birds enjoying the geese the nature the fresh air and great conversation and you’ll notice how surprisingly happy you’ll feel and maybe even rejuvenated and have a better outlook on life! Remember Life is what we make of it and how we learn those baby steps we take and before you know it you’ve boosted your self esteem and positivity and your afloat and feel good and I believe this helps us all have better outlooks like realizing that we do have a future we are important and valued as people who become friends on the paths we must take. We all fall down and when you’re feeling the darkness reach to the lord and he shall bring back to the light! He has a purpose for all of us even if some of us don’t know what that is? You must have faith, believe, love your family and friends and know we’re always loved and watched over. Have a wonderfully positive day!
