Hi everyone hope you’re doing all right! I go to bed with Spinal pain from neck down. I having a bone scan tomorrow and I was told I will be on metal table over an hour. Well the last M. R. I. Brain scan I was in there for hour and came out crying so hard in agony! Not wish this on anyone! My docs want to know just how many fractures I do have!

I was told by the tech and they all know me there for all the other tests and I so glad they finally checking my spine as I have a slipped disc, but injured my back more my pain doc could see me getting worse and he got all this gown as my G. P. Is always double booked. Like how about a 2 1/2 hr. Wait in agony? But on advice of pain doc I am taking breakthrough meds before scan. Not looking forward to radioactive material into my body, but has to be done. Then I will go home and cry my spine hurts so bad on hard surfaces.

Last night my legs were on fire and my feet felt like Charlie horse muscles cramping so bad and my broken knee with effusion is so bad and then the horrible pain in my stomach from the hernia that won’t quit growing. I having severe nausea and I take Ondancetron and it’s hard to want to eat. My internal organs are only protected by thin layer of tissue as my stomach opened up and I wear my abdominal binder and yes I do scared my stomach will burst! But still positive and using my recumbent bike 5 mins a day and doing a chair workout pain or not and I feel great cause you just have to try! I also have a cold had a bad dizzy spells this morning and on last Monday and I almost passed out it was very scary but I ok! My prayers and hugs and positivity ur way to all! God bless you amen.

Bless you! I must say how inspirational you are and so brave. I just have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and I am not coping with that at all. I am on a very small dose of Amitriptyline which is all I can tolerate and wake up in the morning with palpitations and feeling panicky and my feet on fire. Every day is a struggle for me and you have far more problems than I have and you are coping far better than I ever could. I have a hiatus hernia as well and on Lanzaprazole every day. Do you take that?

I hope you get on okay with your bone scan and keep writing as this group needs positive people like you. You are fantastic xxxx

Awe thank you so are you? Your heart palpitations and feeling panicked is a sign of anxiety attacks that I had so bad before as I have P. T. S. D. And am on Clonazepam for it and it works for me. No I don’t take Lanzaprazole, but I take pantaprozal, Baclofen for muscles and Pain meds and breakthrough pain meds and for my nausea I take Ondancetron and then lupin estradiol prometrium and estrogen. Frustrated first my G. P. Tells me I had an ambilical hernia, then a year later she says it’s just a hernia? In 2009 I had an abdominal wall repair and my blood sugars went too low but I survived and it was my last surgery and the mesh the surgeon put in is now floating in my abdomen. Karjade ty for the compliments as try to help others and stay positive and spread positivity around to those in need. Negativity and upset are no good for us as we’ve all learned in life and when you’re put on a difficult journey we don’t need negativity in our hearts and so we need to keep it out and always be pleasant and positive and helpful amen and god bless!

Ohhh my goodness sweet franklin

😊🌸🌿🦋

I cannot tell you how sorry I feel for you and the agony you are in. I have spine damage and scoliosis so I can relate somewhat.

I have just prayed fervently for you and all your needs.

I send you gentle gentle hugs 🤗 healing 💗 and kisses 😘 with the best wishes for a total recover from this tragic ordeal sweetie.

I know it will be hard but try to be positive as you can and I will be here to help support you emotionally.

As you are enduring your test and in the midst of the hard table agony try to distract your mind with something wonderful you love doing replay it over and over in a loop until your test is over if you can. I always repeat that it hurts so good until it’s over reminding myself that it hurts now but the end goal will be good. This helps me get through agonizing pain.

Bless you franklin...my thoughts and prayers are with you dear.

Praying that you will recover as soon as possible sweetie.

Awe thank you honeybug you’re so sweet and wonderful and positive and yes I closed my eyes a few times did deep breathing thinking now they know. I have a curved spine for years and I was in the scan for 40 mins and I made it through the agonizing pain and the lady that did the full body scan was wonderful and always asked how my pain was and after the scan that I peaked at the tv saw my spine was lit up like a Christmas tree and then they had me get an L spine x ray before I came home. My legs and back hurt so bad. My 2pm pain meds should help a little but my feet are cramping and legs on fire. I hope your doing well honeybug and I always here for you too dear sweetie.

Awe thank you love. I’m glad you did so well during the whole test. Also glad that the technicians were so caring and kind to you. That always helps so much.

When you’re having such pain in your legs and L spine have you tried a bath soak in Epsoms salt water??? It really does help the connective tissues...if you’re able to sit in bath water which I’m not due to toxic shock syndrome.

I pray that you will be accurately diagnosed and treated and feel much better if not cured (🙏🤞).

Take care dear. Best wishes.

Hugs 🤗 love 💗 and kisses 😘.
