a take a hifh dose of Pramexipol for RLS , it helps but Is til have spasms and swollen feet. Is that a side effect from pramexipol? Or is it my peripheral neuropathy?

Initially, my peripheral neuropathy did not involve twitching or spasms. Once it progressed to that stage I went to my doctor to get a medical marijuana prescription. I find that 10 minutes before I go to sleep, if I vape for about 1 minute, it calms down the twitching and helps me get to sleep. Something to talk with your doctor about. I wish you success.
