Armour Thyroid for over 20 years
Take
calcium
,
magnesium
and zinc. Always on take Armour on empty stomach. My TSH came down but my FT3 and FT4 haven't budged. So last week I asked her to increase and she informed me that she couldn't because I was diagnosed with osteopenia at the site of my 2 lumbar fusions.

Graves Disease, Hyperthyroidism and Supplements
Supplements taken: vitamin D apple cider tablets turmeric
calcium
magnesium
When I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and Hyperthyroidism I stop taking all supplements. The TSH reduced 50%. Is possible that the supplements were the cause of the disease? Thank you, Vanbr

looking for tips
I’ve done
calcium
/
magnesium
, iron supplements taken with orange juice, stretching, hot baths before bed, mirapex and lyrica. It’s daily and nothing helps. Looking for avenues that I’ve never tried. And yes, light exercise in the evening.

Mum back in hospital.
No wonder she has been so unwell she has....Low potassium Low
Calcium
Low
Magnesium
That looks like it is affecting the electrodrods in her heart. So she is being hooked up to heart monitor and a drip during the night.

Combined supplements
Hi, does anyone have experience of taking a supplement that contains Vit D3, Vit K2,
calcium
, copper,
magnesium
, manganese, selenium, zinc and boron? It seems a nice option just taking one tablet a day, but is it actually more advisable to take things separately?

Most of the foods I eat seem to have
calcium

, and I don't want to fill up with junk like gluten free rice bread (I am on a low oxalate diet).

Advice/assistance regarding starting T3.
Current supplements include cod liver oil (which has a tiny amount of vit D),
calcium
,
magnesium
and zinc (again with a tiny dose of vit D), B complex, and plenty of sunshine. Diagnosis: autoimmune thyroiditis, multinodule goitre, calcified thyroid cyst, many other thyroid cysts.

Fibro-Fatigued-Fed up!!!
I’m also starting on
calcium
and
magnesium
and vitamin tablets. I’ve also started trying L-tryptophan which releases serotonin and melatonin, I’m also going to start trying 5-HTP. if anybody has tried any of these, I would love to know how you found them and have they helped?

Does anybody get severe cramps; legs, pectoral and feet?
I have experimented with
Magnesium
Oxide, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/
Calcium
and Potasium. The only thing that helps is drinking
magnesium
citrate power in water during a muscle cramp attack. I really wish I could find something to avoid them in the first place. Any ideas?
