OHSS, how long after egg collection?
I have all the risk factors for OHSS, but we are mitigating as much as possible (gnrh agonist trigger, freezing eggs,
Cabergoline
, clexane and gnrh antagonist for the next few days). For those who have had OHSS, how long after the collection did you start to get symptoms?

Managing OHSS risk
I wasn't expecting it and it wasn't in the original plan, but I've been prescribed
Cabergoline
for 8 days, to start at the same time as the trigger, and will have to start clexane (blood thinners) and ganirelix (gnrh agonist) injections following egg retrieval.

Feelings post egg retrieval
My 2 theories are: Side effects of the
Cabergoline
that I started taking on Saturday or Hormone levels shifting since stopping the stims. My estrogen levels got really high, so presumably they're dropping now. It could, of course, be a combination of these two things. Anyone got any thoughts?

Abstract from U of Maryland by Costello & Ferguson
Cabergoline
(dopamine agonist) is employed to decrease prolactin production and its role in the progression of androgen-independent malignancy. We propose a clioquinol/
cabergoline
treatment regimen that will be efficacious for aborting terminal advanced prostate cancer.

How to reduce prolactin and increase AR success/longevity? L-Dopa and Vitex Berry?
Cabergoline
reduces prolactin, which promotes prostate cancer mutation and growth. If a doctor will not prescribe
Cabergoline
, then would Mucuna (natural L-Dopa) extract and Vitex Berry extract have the same effectiveness as the
cabergoline
, in targeting and reducing prolactin?

Cabergoline use in Treatment of Orgasmic Disfunction?
Anyone know anything about it, or used it? 2 years or so out from having a prostatectomy and subsequent radiation treatment. Can get erections, but orgasms not the same (besides the lack of ejaculation). Link to a study below: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4822480/

Prolactinoma and all things thyroid
At diagnosis my thyroid results were: FT4 13.7 pmol/L, (9-22) FT3 4.65 pmol/L ( 2.63 - 5.70) TSH - 3.25 uIU/mL (0.35 - 4.94) Since diagnosis I have really struggled with medication side effects from the prolactinoma treatment (
cabergoline
initially but also tried bromocriptin ) and returned

Cerrelle constant bleeding
I’m on
cabergoline
for that at the moment as well as levothyroxine. I know from experience when I was treated for this previously the period comes back really bad. I have tranexamic acid for it too. I’m so worried it will just get worse now I’ve stopped taking the pill.

My husband’s surgery was cancelled several times only to find that a wrong diagnosis has made his prognosis much worse.
The plan has been changed to dual medication:
Cabergoline
tablets and monthly Stomastatin injections, both .with many side effects. To review after 6 months then if no shrinkage then radiography. His prognosis is worse and still is unable to partake in previous enjoyment.
