hi Its good the MRI is clear but I would like to know if your ENT has ruled out the other causes of tinnitus listed here in the causes section in the link below. Also have you been exposed to any prolonged loud noise, concert or machinery etc? nhs.uk/conditions/tinnitus/
Did the hearing tests the ENT did show any hearing loss?. If it is entirely stress related then they should be at least advising you with stress management. Sometimes medication can help with stress induced tinnitus & sometimes medication can be the cause of it - are you taking meds for stress?
Many people never find the cause of the tinnitus but it’s worth investigation as something like hearing aids can transform tinnitus that’s due to hearing loss.
You may have been through all these questions already but if not it’s worth asking them.
We are all here to support you whatever the long or short term outcome with your tinnitus is.
Hello! I had very loud T for years, with extremely crazy spikes with suicidal thoughts! I began to search frantically on the web because science does not give me any answer.
If you TRY ALL of this, I'm sure in two or three month you’ll be much better!!
1.- Mother tincture of Passinflower plant at night, but you don,t have to take medicine for sleep!
2.- Magnesium L-Threonate (only this Magnesium works well with T.) in the morning and five hours before sleep.
3.- GABA with Gingko Biloba and L-Theanine before breakfast.
4.- Control your blood pressure and detects if you snore or have cervical problems.
