I've had tinnitus for quite awhile now, probably around 4-6 months and I'm 29. So far it's been very manageable, coping during the days have been fine, and normally the nights are pretty good with my sound machine going. But recently past 3-4 nights, I've been waking up and its been load enough to constantly wake me up. Not sure if it's just a thing that happens every so often and is just part and parcel of the tinnitus and it goes back to how it normally is at night, I'd appreciate any words or advice. thanks.

Well thankfully its not affecting it too much, as I am getting enough sleep, I was just wondering if it's something that just comes and goes, as it came very sudden, like for about a week id sleep most the night and it never got super loud, then suddenly started loud at night when I wake up that's all, but thanks for the advice

Notice if it's through stressful times and jaw clenching through the night.
Take care
