Had bad virus in December. Had Antibiotics which cleared chest infection Affected my Ears Nose and Throat, muffled sound and clicking in ear.

Audiologist, checked, but said right ear had some congealed blood , so sent me to GP who has referred me to ENT. He only saw wax. Waiting for appointment.

Each day, I have very bad Tinnitus, my neck is stiff when I move left and right. No headache but heavy feeling. My head feels full, and I am very unhappy . The symptoms come and go. Used saline nose flush, no coloured discharge. I wish I could take my head off...what can it be?

for you its important to stay calm at this point, find something calming and with relaxed concentration, to do.....i have some bonsai i find can take my mind off it, even if just for a while. dont worry about what anyone else thinks, they're not in your shoes....try stay positive, i know thats easier said....i have plenty moments when it gets the better of me...give yourself time and space, however you need to do it.....good luck.....n peace
