Sorry to hear. How long have you had T and how did you get it .? I am in the same situation, my T seems also to get worse. Have now had it for 3 and a half year. Came after a middle Ear infection . Don’t give up, I believe there is a cure in future.

Hi Graham

Sorry to hear your Tinnitus has got worse I’ve had mine for over 10 years and yes it can be a pig the bear on your back it does seem to have a mind of its own good day’s and bad days well I decided some time ago not to give in to it if it wanted a fight I’ll give it a fight

First try and relax the one thing Tinnitus likes is stress it feeds on it and you feel worse so try and relax also tinnitus feeds on a quiet room you all you hear is the noise so it seems worse so have noise radio tv talking you will find your brain will lose interest noise and push back into the background for me it seems worse at night so the same applies I use a fan or relaxation Apps so my brain loses interest in the noise do what’s right for you all these things helped me so never let it Tinnitus win yes you get bad days (I do) but I get far more good days enjoy life take it on beat it don’t let it win

Best Wishes

Marcus.

Hello Graham

Sorry to hear you are struggling

I have had Tinnitus and Hypercuses for a number of years... Its very loud and I used to struggle i just block the ringing with sound apps and sound machine and ear buds it's just become a way of life for me and to be honest i don't really notice the ringing.

Sadly it's trial and error to find out what's best for you

Best wishes
