Tinnitus getting worse

Hello!

Gradually over the last year my tinnitus has gotten a lot worse, it started off being bad while trying to lay down for a sleep etc it’s at the point now I hear it 90% of the day :(

I had an MRI a few months back and it showed nothing unusual :(

Can anyone point me in the right direction for sounds to try? Maybe intake of vitamins and change in diet.

Thank you!

Hello... I have had Tinnitus for 3 years now, my hearing deteriorated very quickly and I now have a cochlear implant which masks it to some extent. I sleep with BOSE sleep head phones and also use BOSe headphones during the day. Any sort of nature sound is good or I listen to podcasts. I know that if I think about it , the ringing gets worse. Hope this helps! Good luck!

The only way I can sleep with the noise is 1 5mg zolpadem at 10.30 they last only about 4 hours then another 5 mg then takes me through ,it makes no different if you take 10 mg still only last 4 hours unless you can get ambian

Ones which ambian Cr which make you sleep and keep you a sleep longer which we don’t have where I live
