I have now had flu like symptoms for over 3 weeks now and when I sneeze or cough my T goes through the roof then stays at a high level all things I take or use to help me sleep are not working I just don’t now how much more I can take the worse thing is I am 60 on Wednesday and have family and friends have a big bay planed so just keeping my fingers crossed that I feel a lot better before then.

I hear you, John, I experience that too, think its the hyperacusis that does that, it can leave me frustrated at the level the T stays at for a while...maybe a bit of meditation?? I use CBD oil, does help, not for everyone, just experiment to see what works for you, there will be something out there that will help you to deal with the effects of your T.
