I have had Tinnitus now for few months and seems to be getting worse, hope that this is bad as it gets... i am seeing what people are doing to deal with the noise and can please give me some advise... as must admit it's starting ti drive me mad..

Hi and welcome,first of all if you haven't already been to your Dr,I would suggest you make an appointment to see them to get a proper diagnosis.
With regards to your T,what I tend to use mostly are white noise apps on my mobile,with the noise just below the noise of your T

Yes I totally agree white noise on mobile can definitely helps and thare are some great ones on play store free
Hi, sorry to read yr comments. I have tinitus, started after a chronic sinus infection and has not gone yet that eas 6 months ago. I found this sound video, didn't really think it wd help but gave it a go. It REALLY helped. Worth a try.

Yes it certainly can try like rain apps on play store as these can really help any time you like a chat let me know I have Been putting up with this for years I am praying for a break throu so all of as can get rid of this
