Sound enrichment or no sound enrichment?

Hey guys! I still suffer from really bad anxiety due to my tinnitus. I've had it for 4 months.

This may not be the smartest idea but I was wondering if I should stop using sound enrichment and just deal with the sounds. My tinnitus changes often. I was wondering if you guys have any tips on habituation for changing tinnitus?

Thanks for your time.

4 months for me the same and still hard enough, very sometimes. Its better to use sound enrichment all the time. Try and find some CBD oil. I know from a guy here who was from Canada the same. He used CBD pills over there and His T volume went from 10 to 2 he said . The post here was after he went 2 months on It. He was very pleasant with the product.

By my self here in Ro searching and searching for relief methods. Mine is mostly like an electric thing through my ears. Keep posting your updates pls. Is very good not to fell by yourself.

Mine started 15th January 2000 and is at its worst, just doesn’t calm down anymore. Been everywhere tried most things. All I can do is keep my brain distracted.

It came from being inside my head

to now all encompassing, my hearing aid doesn’t even reduce the volume. Keep busy with anything.

I think it's a personal choice really - some people find sounds helpful, others not so much. For some, it depends on the actual sound. Maybe give it a small trial and see how you go, although of course, checking in on whether there's any difference in your tinnitus can make you more aware of it!

Best wishes

Hi there, I have been suffering from T for almost 10 years but my tinnitus didn't come alone, it came with serious memory and cognitive issues. I find it difficult to concentrate, think analyze and sometimes speak. T doesn't bother me much by itself, but cognitive issues do a great harm to my life. Does anybody else have this?
