Taking sensible care

The advice on flying was very welcome as it helps to calm fears of T getting worse.

I do not want to start a scary or exaggerated post re the dangers of T but I was wondering if there are genuine factors that could increase T volume permanently what might they be.

I know that sensibly they will be very few and far between, but just using common sense to keep yourself coping and improving can only be a good idea!!

I'm not talking about 'my husband slammed the car door and now I have a full orchestra playing in my head type thing'.

Rational advice only😊👍
