7 days ago my ear was badly blocked I used otex ear drops for seven days but my ear is still blocked and has a high pitch ringing noise which I've heard they call tinnitus it's driving me absolutely nuts but I noticed of a night time if I had a fan on and my bedroom TV it drown it out slightly also breathing techniques hold your nostril on your good side breathing on your bad side then hold your bad side nostril and breathe out on your good side it eased it slightly also avoid dairy products and exercise also works for me but I'm hoping once I have my ears syringed it might go away fingers crossed and good luck to all of you

Hi could I be getting the ringing in my ear due too a build up of wax pushed bk into my ear canal as my doctor reckons after ear syringing it should go back to normal
