On 3rd face gel since being diagnosed as a coeliac and none seem to work. Factor 50 suncream by La roche is good. Is laser treatment the only good solution?

Hi all,

Just a quick reminder that if you'd like to, the British Skin Foundation is always looking for case studies to help with their media work. It's an excellent way of spreading awareness about your condition, and really not that scary talking to the press (we do it all the time!).

If this is interesting, please have a read here bit.ly/dGqClP or contact bevis@britishskinfoundation.org.uk

Thank you!

Well, I don't have it myself but my mum had it. The Dermatologist told her to stop all teas and coffees no spicy foods and not to smoke for at least six months. He also gave her a prescription which consisted of two made up creams which she had to use morning and night. It worked and it never reappeared although at that time she was never tested for Lupus. I have systemic Lupus but we never found out if mum suffered with this. Hope you see the Dermatologist as they are the people to consult in this matter.
