My Grandmother and Mother have these. Very unsightly. I am beginning to develop little red dots or "red moles" but they heave them of all kinds and none of them are cancerous. Is there anyway to prevent or combat these? I really don't want this problem. I don't get sun exposure there so is there anything else? It's terrible!

I too have these little red dots. I know they run in my family and I believe they are called 'nevas' and are quite harmless. Do some research to put your mind at rest. Hope this has helped a bit. Ann.
